OUR RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
Returns Policy
Returns are subject to the Sumato Trading Terms and Conditions.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged product to us within 14 calendar days from the time you receive your product (s) for a refund. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit). Please chat with us via our chat box to request a return. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
How to Return An Item

All Items will be entitled to 6 Months Warranty. If Item are damage or you have received a wrong or missing item. Please contact us through email admin@sumatotrading.com (SUBJECT: Return Item) (Description: Attach Atleast 1 Video and 1 Picture of the Item with the Description of why do you need to return your item). We will reply you ASAP once we receive your email, Incase you have not receive an email within 2 to 3 Working days, you can simply Chat us through the Chat box so as to expedite your issue. We will try to help you out with your item through the Chatbox or Email, We will proceed with return policy by walk-in to our Service Centre (Full details of the Service Centre will be disclose during the Chat) Once we have verified your item is faulty, we will proceed with a 1 to 1 replacement on the spot. If item has no stocks, we will need you to wait for the new stocks to come as our supplier restock our item all the time, We will update you once the new stocks are in. Rest assured, you will receive a compensation gift from us. Item returned must be in full box condition with all accesories inside, as we need it to return to the supplier to replace your item.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Item will be delivered within 2-3 Working Days with Bubble Wrap & Tracking ID from Qxpress. We will contact you through Email for all the delivery details, Incase you need the item within the "Same Day" Please do not hesitate to contact us through the "Chat box" to request for it. Payment must be made by 12pm and once payment is in, we will update you by Email & Chat that your item is ready for Pick up.
